Dr Naif’s Diet- For a healthy life!
1. Birdseed or rice milk
2. Eggs: at least two (2), being allowed to eat much more
3. Organic curd cheese blended with linseed oil
4. Unsweetened gelatin
5. Fruits: Papaya; melon; watermelon; pineapple; kiwi; pear and/or apple
• Eat five items at the highest amount possible. If necessary, use sweeteners. The only recommended fat is coconut oil. Do not bring to the fire other fat.
Lunch – Six hours minimum, after breakfast
Salad: Three types of leaves
Main dish: meat; exotic meats; hunts; birds; fish; seafood. Minimum: 300 grams.
Side dish: three vegetables, different ones during the seven days of the week, thus totaling 21 types (examples: potatoes; beet; chayote, carrots, pumpkin, squash, manioc, cassava, sweet potatoes, pod, corn, asparagus, hearts of palm, chickpeas, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, okra, eggplant, peas, artichokes, all mushrooms, all sprouts, etc.).
Dinner – similar to lunch, six hours minimum after. The dishes may be the same as lunch.
Seasoning for the 3 meals: leek, onion, parsley, chives, oregano, peppers, coriander, cumin, caper, bay leaves, basil, thyme, tomatoes, etc.
Other health tips to fully enjoy you good diet:
1. TAKE 10 MINUTES OF SUNSHINE A DAY IN THE BODY WITHOUT SUN PROTECTOR AND WEARING VERY LITTLE.
2. DO NOT USE SUNSCREEN UNNECESSARILY LIKE TO GO FROM ONE GARAGE TO ANOTHER OTHER.
3. USE ONLY COCONUT OIL FOR COOKING, VIRGIN OR EXTRA VIRGIN
4 WITHOUT GOING TO THE FIRE: USE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL WITH DARK GLASS
5. DO NOT USE FLUORIDE TOOTHPASTE, ONLY WITHOUT FLUORIDE
6. AVOID CHLORINATED POOLS, GIVE PREFERENCE TO THOSE WITH OZONE
7.SLEEP IN TOTAL DARKNESS, TURNING OFF THE LEDS OF THE ELECTRONICS
8 USE ONLY BROWN SALT (UNREFINED OR ARTIFICIALLY IODIZED): FLOR DE SAL
9. DO NOT DRINK HOT LIQUIDS OR FOOD IN PLASTIC UTENSILS
10. DRINK WATER WITH PH > 7.4 – DRINK PURE WATER, GREEN TEA, AND COCONUT WATER – ALWAYS AWAY FROM MEALS: IBIRÁ
11. WALK DAILY FOR AT LEAST 50 MINUTES, EVEN IF SLOWLY, WITHOUT STOPPING
12. TAKE A DRY SAUNA 1 TO 2 TIMES PER WEEK OR WET SAUNA WITH DISTILLED WATER AND SWEAT A LOT
13 DO NOT USE SOY UNFERMENTED DERIVATIVES (like “soy milk”, “soy meat”, etc.).
14. DO NOT USE ANYTHING CONTAINING SUGAR INCLUDING SUGAR ITSELF. Avoid excessive use of sweeteners, and if you can stop consuming them too. IN CASE YOU USE, give preference to the use of “STEVITA”
15. EAT 25 GRAMS OF BITTER CHOCOLATE (90% ORGANIC COCOA, WITHOUT SOY AND GLUTEN) PER DAY
16. EAT FRUIT IN THE BREAKFAST ONLY IF POSSIBLE WITH PEEL AND SEEDS. NEVER IN THE FORM OF JUICE, NEVER! NEVER DRINK JUICE!
